What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery is charged at a fix rate of £5.99 per order. Add as many items to the basket and pay one fixed delivery charge of £5.99. All orders are dispatched via Parcel Force using the 24hr service. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all debit cards and major credit cards. We also accept Paypal. All payment options will be displayed at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

All orders received before 1pm are dispatched on the same day, and will arrive on the next working day. Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your payments are processed using recognised payment gateways and your details are securely held.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After order is placed, you will receive an email of the order details followed by a ‘processing’ email to let you know the order is ready for dispatch. As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive an email of the tracking number so you can track online.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an email as soon as payment is placed with the invoice.
